To guarantee the best roasted coffee, we believe that it starts with quality green coffee beans, taste-tested before purchasing. Many of our beans come from small estates all around the world. Often we are able to find organic and shade grown coffees at an affordable price. These usually become our customer favorites! Once the beans have been selected, Zachary, our head roaster, roasts these precious little gems to perfection. There are many roast variables depending on the desired ‘flavor’ outcome such as a single-origin, blend, espresso roast or decaf.To ensure you get the freshest coffee possible, we roast three days a week in our own facility located next to the cafe. This means... when you come into our cafe or drive-thru , the bulk beans, brewed coffee and espresso will be fresh as can be.

Every Saturday, our roastery is open to the public, where you can watch the art of roasting, ask questions and cup coffees. Fresh (can’t get any fresher than this) coffee can be purchased hot out of the roaster for your enjoyment. Traditional Cuppings will take place every Saturday at 1PM. If you plan to bring a group of 4 or more people, please contact Zachary to set up an appointment.

Blended to perfection, this Northern Italian style espresso will leave you wanting more. Winey mouthfeel, blackberry and vanilla bean accents and a caramel bottom. Enjoy an exceptionally long lasting, complex finish.

Clean and flavorful with hints of toasted almonds, aged wood and brown sugar.

Smoky, deep and complex, while also carrying molasses and hints of tingling red berry top notes. Just the way you French-Roast lovers like it!

This process uses naturally developed Ethyl Acetate as a solvent to remove caffeine, yielding a very clean, classic Columbia profile. Used as our house brewed cofee and espresso.

Round citrus flavor with hints of ginger and a slightly syrupy body. Charming finish.

Intense blueberry flavor with hints of peach and a touch of honeysuckle.

Features pronounced lemon and red berry flavors, a tea-like finish and delicate hints of jasmine and bergamot.

The perfect harmony of citrus and cocoa giving a beautifully sweet, but deep finish.

Extremely well-balanced coffee. Apple, caramel and a soft lingering of fine tobacco. A staff favorite.

Fascinating hints of tomato acidity and savory midtones with molasses and raisin.

Calming array of cinnamon and vanilla bean, with a well rounded body and soft finish.

Deep bakers’ chocolate with elegant nuances of vanilla, raspberry and apricot.

Deep, well rounded coffee with a growl. Note subtle hints of ripe mandarin orange and coconut. A staff favorite.

This coffee presents a soft mix of pink grapefruit and cranberry while giving an exceptionally fabulous earl grey, black tea finish.
